recently, i have been trying to get all access to stuff (ex: mount/format a drive) but i keep getting "Authorization Error" and it's driving me crazy.
ive tried modifying the policy files but it still wont work, this issue is only present on XRDP, i can stil mount drive, do whatever if im physically on the machine, stupid stupid stupid.
i also have been watching a bit of anime, Serial Experiments Lain after a friend recommended it to me, its a really interesting show; reminds me alot of the matrix.
i'm currently on Season 1, Episode 9, its like lain has double personalities, in the wired she acts much different from how she does in real life, anyway dont wana spoil anything. has a really good song as theme too.
because i am a nerd my computer science teacher lets me play with these computers i found in the closet.
i believe the black one (optiplex 755) is starting to fail, i add in a PCI gpu, it wont post, i add in a 2nd stick of ram, it gives a ram error, so im stuck with 1GB, hence why it runs 7
oh but bagel, why not run debian???- you might ask.
these computers have limited access to the internet (ethernet cable not long enough, and wifi dongles arent reliable) and i dont wana mess with debian trying to get APT repos on a usb stick. also its easier to setup LAN gaming, do networking under windows
anyway, thats all i have for now, if you have any questions email me at propelbottle@gmail.com
